- JBJeremy Brewer4 days ago1.0I drove through here for a quick wash and ended up with a broken mirror. They told me they would file a report but because it was the wind at the end that broke off my mirror cap, that they weren't going to do anything. I asked them if the giant, powerful brushes that were just pounding against my mirror might have something to do with it BEFORE the dryers blew it off and they straight up told me that I broke it before I came there and that's why it came off. Keep in mind that I've been through other car washes with dryers and brushes before with no problem. I also have driven this car at very high speeds and the mirror cap has never come off. I guess they have special wind at Tommy's. I never received a follow-up call from anyone,even after 3 weeks. Not even to call and definitively tell me they were a terrible company and wouldn't replace my broken mirror cap. I paid for the highest tier to make sure it would clean my car as best as possible. My car came out filthy still with huge areas of dirt that were untouched. Do not go here.
