  Very tight parking i would even recommend sliding your tandems after you get your angle because the trailer swing has a 70 percent chance of hitting the truck next to u, over all it's a decent last minute parking spot as big as Cincinnati as they don't have truck parking it's absolutely ridiculous a major city with no parking for delivery trucks but if you get here after 7pm you will have to pay for parking it's not even a question it's just extremely busy so free spots are limited so just pay don't wait around all day trust me theirs gonna be at least 3-4 trucks behind you just park and pay get out of the way. But it's not the employees faults so don't be mad at them it's just an extremely busy area.

  Parking lot socks, they made everything so thigh just to make money on prime Parking, accidents waiting to happen.

  I stopped here because I only had 8 minutes left on my clock. Next time I think I'll park on an offramp instead; getting a ticket or being hit by another driver would be preferable to trying to squeeze into these ridiculously tight spaces.

  Nikki and Samantha were just amazing. Every Pilot should definitely look to hire employees like them. They were definitely the gold standard of how customer service is supposed to be! I can't wait for the next time I'm in Ohio, just to come see them both, 10 stars in my opinion, well done you two, keep up the good work and thank you for such a memorable experience!

  Austin meadows has been here for well over 24 hours due to inclement weather and hasn’t stopped being extremely productive professional and polite. Thank you Austin for being there for us during this disaster. They don’t make people as compassionate as you anymore. You definitely deserve a raise and that’s an understatement. We truckers salute you and thank you for your service once again. #Pilot Samantha and Kathy were the exact opposite of customer service. It’s sad that people like that are so rude and dismissive that it make me not want to come in the store no more. On top of that the abrasive short hair person at the counter was defensive when I inquired about the names or the people who were rude to me. God bless Austin and Tristin cause the people working on tonight ain’t worth a job.
