- ACAlex CandyNov 4, 20251.0I should call 911 ! People who tend to be violent should not be working with customers. Cashier Skylar, Unprofessional, unethical, incompetent, very rude. I was waiting for a shower for over 40 min, nobody was available to clean them, so I decided to take a shower at the next Pilot location. I asked her if she could put shower points back on a card, she canceled my number from the waiting line but didn't put shower poins back on my account, I asked if I could have a receipt so I can see that points are back on my account and she says I am not giving you a receipt. I explained that without a receipt it would be hard to prove that I have shower points, so I needed it just in case. I've done it before at Pilot with no issues, it takes 15 seconds to put points back on a card. Then she got really mad and started swearing at me in front of people, she almost punched me in a face. I left with no receipt and no points. Pilot management you can see all this on video recordings at this location.

This very rude employee asks us to move out of the way because he has to walk to and from the other laundry area. He goes on and on about us standing there. He then goes into another room and expresses how much he doesn’t care if he gets fired and that my wife and I are dumb asses etc. My wife goes to talk to the manager and before she can finish explaining what happened, he comes over and interrupts her to tell his side and ADMITS FAULT! The manager said she’d handle it!? He was still allowed to work after we left. I’m not having my wife inside an establishment that allows this behavior. Our trucks and vans will no longer do business at this location.

They allow trucks to do their brakes on the pump. And neither of the two guys could be bothered to so much as stuck the roller group. Lisa was a complete waste of time. I’ll find somewhere else.
