Great experience work with you. Explain detail help you work out things. I have my first experience if I could have bought grill. Even though it wasn't covered under the insurance, they were already taking the bumper down to work on the radiator and inner core. They would have installed grill for free

The first red flag in a business is when they receive a one star review and then have it 'pushed down' having other customers leave high reviews. Most people aren't smart about knowing if their parts are properly installed, and likely don't check, and thus go by looks. I had a bumper put on my vehicle that was NOT done correctly. It is NOT within specifications and they admitted this FACT. The secretary, told me the insurance company didn't approve the correct bolts to put the part back on and they had to 'make do'?! The insurance company states otherwise. The manager, Mark, hasn't returned phone calls or rectified the situation. He has been paid in full, why would he want to do the ETHICALLY correct thing? When first looking at a vehicle it can appear to be repaired correctly. When you REALLY look at your vehicle you may find things NOT DONE CORRECTLY. The entire top of the bumper has pitting and scratching!? I was told I had an OEM part but my invoice indicates it's an after market part. Regardless, IT DOES NOT FIT and it DOES NOT MEET SPECIFICATIONS and this body shop REFUSES TO CORRECT IT. They also charged me almost $2,000.00 for work they DID NOT DO??? It was a fight to get the money back by putting the charge in dispute with my credit card company. I asked to speak with regional manager "Tino" who I was told was a good guy. This 'good guy' never returned my call.
As a result I have multiple agencies looking into this company in order to rectify the situation. Isn't it insurance fraud when businesses collect money from an insurance company and don't do the job the way it should be done correctly>? Word of advice: think twice before using a body shop who claims they are a 'preferred provider' of the insurance company doing the work.
CONSUMER BEWARE!
WOW - just checked the BBB reviews and apparently I'm not the only one dealing with this type of issue with this business.
RESPONSE by the duped customer: Would you like the documentation of all the times I've called to speak with Mark and he wouldn't take my calls or return my calls? How about the amount of times he wouldn't take the call from the insurance company or return their calls?? Mark saw the bumper. Mark acknowledged the bumper was NOT in specifications. Mark did NOTHING to fix it other than accept payment from an insurance company and myself and then ignore me. I left one message with the other collision shop for Chris Tino to call and he did not return my phone call until I posted my experience of the business antics I've endured. If you were understanding you'd make this right instead of ignoring me. Chris Tino requested the owner's manual documentation for the bumper specifications that your shop should have already known. Chris Tino is supposedly going to do the right thing and rectify this situation. I want a replacement bumper. The current one doesn't fit and has pitting and scratches all across the top. If you 'truly apologize' and 'completely understand' then DO THE ETHICALLY RIGHT THING.
I've contacted Dodge/Ram corporate.
