  They’ve had my car for 2 months. No communication unless I call. No loaner car even though the delay is their fault. Terrible.

  I went to Jeff Wyler’s for an insurance claim. It was at that time I met PJ, the Body Shop Manager. He worked with the adjuster and me to make sure the car was repaired properly. Certainly made the whole process go very smoothly and to my expectation. PJ was phenomenal through the whole repair and adjustment of the vehicle. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car at completion. I can’t say enough good about him, he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend him for your repairs.

  I had my suv done a little over a month ago. Front bumper needed to be replaced. By closer inspection my bumper doesn't look are feel flush. I'm hoping that I'll be able to bring back to have a second look at it. I'm hoping that Jeff wyler help rectify the situation.

  I bring the car to the dealer because they supposedly do a better job than conventional workshops, but ohhh surprise I got today when I receive my car and the job was very poorly done, very unprofessional, the paint, I think it would have looked better on me since I don't have one. experience painting cars, it looks like the car has been painted outdoors because it has a little bit of debris added to the paint and the person who delivers it to me tells me that this is normal when painting a car and that they have to talk to the insurance to See if it covers the polishing. It is obvious that if they paint a car after painting it, they have to polish it, that is the normal process. Also on the front door, they were going to change the panel and I don't know if, to save money, they preferred to fix it rather than change it, knowing that in The quote they gave me for the repair of the car said changing the panel. The truth is, I was very bored with the repair that they did to me at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Collision Center. The service and the work were of very poor quality. They should hire professional people in their work because they charge the same way. must be the repair quality of work 1 out of 10
