- CCCrystal Costilla2 days ago1.0Findlay Enterprise is a joke. I was so stressed out after talking to them. First lady gives me a really cheap price I was very happy with and so I told her I was going to let my husband know everything and I'd be calling back another day to reserve it. I called back about a week later and the lady gives me a way higher quote. I asked her why it's so much more now and she said everyday their prices go up. She then tells me that I could reserve it to lock in on that price and cancel for free anytime if I wanted to. Why the first lady didn't tell me that, I have no idea but if she would have I could of had the cheaper price. I went ahead and locked in just to be safe. Called back next day to see if price went down. Apparently since I already locked in the price won't change for me. I couldn't even understand the people I had to talk to and they was no help at all. Called Tiffin and they were a little better. Way more expensive but gave me info Findlay failed to give me. Called BG and I just wish I called them first. The lady was super nice, helped me get a vehicle that would fit my family with a ton of info. We laughed on the phone, joked around and she was great. The price is also half of Findlays and Tiffins. I will NEVER bother wasting my time ever again with Findlay. Go with BG if you need a rental.
