The team immediately offered to let me take the van temporarily and even offered to personally deliver a smaller car to my home, which is about 30 minutes away. That level of service was incredible! Since I decided to stay in town to run errands and grab lunch, I returned later that day, and the team greeted me right away and got me quickly set up in a new vehicle. The process was smooth and efficient. I ended up with a Hyundai Tucson, and it was fantastic. I’m actually considering purchasing a new car soon, and this gave me the chance to experience one I might not have otherwise driven. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. I even accidentally left a bag in the car when returning it, and the team went above and beyond to find it and have it ready for me to pick up later that same day. Overall, my experience was wonderful. I’ll definitely be renting from Enterprise again—thank you to the entire team for your kindness, flexibility, and exceptional service!
