  I would like to thank all the staff at the Findlay, Ohio Enterprise branch. They were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Tamra, Brandin, and Kari. I needed a big car, so I booked a minivan. However, since it was a holiday, there were no minivans or similar large vehicles available. Tamra promised she would try her best to find one because she understood how much I needed it. At the end of the day, she found a car and called me. I still remember that moment because she truly saved my life 😅. When I received her call, I was already at Detroit Airport, desperately searching for a big car and unable to find one at any rental branch. I truly appreciate your kindness and help, Tamra. Thank you so much!

  Great experience with Enterprise in Findlay, OH. I was hoping to rent a luxury SUV for a trip to Texas, but due to limited availability at a smaller location, that wasn’t possible. The associate who helped me went above and beyond and was able to get us a Ford Expedition, which ended up exceeding our expectations. We actually loved it more than the Grand Wagoneer we originally planned on. Everyone at this location was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Really appreciated the extra effort and great customer service. Would definitely rent from here again.

  When I arrived to pick up my rental at my scheduled time, the only vehicle available was a minivan—which I didn’t feel comfortable driving. The team immediately offered to let me take the van temporarily and even offered to personally deliver a smaller car to my home, which is about 30 minutes away. That level of service was incredible! Since I decided to stay in town to run errands and grab lunch, I returned later that day, and the team greeted me right away and got me quickly set up in a new vehicle. The process was smooth and efficient. I ended up with a Hyundai Tucson, and it was fantastic. I’m actually considering purchasing a new car soon, and this gave me the chance to experience one I might not have otherwise driven. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. I even accidentally left a bag in the car when returning it, and the team went above and beyond to find it and have it ready for me to pick up later that same day. Overall, my experience was wonderful. I’ll definitely be renting from Enterprise again—thank you to the entire team for your kindness, flexibility, and exceptional service!
