They took the time to come check out a stranger’s car free of charge and immediately, diagnosed a possible small fix, and encouraged me to take it to a mechanic soon. That car needed a new transmission! When I recently hit a deer with my new car, I remembered their kindness and went in for an estimate. They came in over $1000 less than the dealership! Communication was always prompt and thorough via email as I preferred. I dropped off my car expecting to be without it for at least 5 days. They had it completed in 2.5 days! 10/10! Would highly recommend!
