I had a leaking rim and they fixed it within a couple of hours. I had no idea this was a free service they did, so that was a cool surprise. They did a great job

On November 12, 2025 I was headed south on I-75 moving from Michigan to Florida my car packed to the roof with all my belongings. My rear tire blew out just shy of the Findlay, OH exit. I limped off the exit and Google searched “BELL TIRE NEAR ME”. I was miles and minutes away. I called ahead and talked with Nathan. En route, Nathan researched and found tires to fit my car so as I walked in, he was ready with information and reassurance. While reviewing my situation now in person it was determined I needed 4 new tires not just one to fix the blowout issue. That created a problem with in house quantities. As Nathan and I discussed my options…remember, I’m stranded with all my belongings on my way to Florida… Ryan overheard my dilemma. It was quitting time for Ryan, 3:30PM but he volunteered to drive to the Maumee Bell Tire to pickup all the tires I needed. This action required a minimum round trip time of 2 hours - staying past his scheduled quitting time to help a customer!! I was shocked at the care and customer service I received. This team of people – NATHAN, RYAN, TREY and GAGE turned a scary, uncertain experience for a single woman traveling alone into a positive, quick fix turn around time and had me back safely on the road in 3 hours rolling toward my new life. - CMcody makiJan 21, 20262.0Apparently they dont know how to install tires. Had to unexpectedly get 2 new tires while out of town. Found them an they were able to squeeze me in to put 2 new tires on(only reason not 1 star). Got back on the road just to have 1 tire blow on me and the other they replaced flat, less than 24hr, 300 miles later. Luckily they sold me a warranty wothout even asking me so got to drive over an hour to another closer belle tire to me and have to pay more for "taxes". Extremely disappointed in a supposed family owned company and their "warranty". Definitely go to a tire discounters over this place if have the option.
