Thought I was a stupid woman, produced a report saying that my front tie rods and other parts need replacing, costing $2000. Said they couldn't do the alignment that was included with the tire cost. Had it checked out by my mechanic who said there was very little wear on the front end and did not need anything. Plus when two different cars were picked up, they were left outside unlocked, window down, and messy goop all over the brand new tires. Next time I find myself where I have to get a tire there (weekend, close by, etc) I will buy the cheapest thing to get me by, then go to a better place.

Now idk what genius though of having a free air hose accessible 24/7 only to not have the air compressor running 24/7 but I had to limp my car to the gas station next door and pay 3bucks to fill my tire back up, now my tires sidewall might be compromised who knows??? Not belle tire of course

- JSJenny ScholidonOct 24, 20251.0They are TERRIBLE. they replaced my ball joints and 2 new tires, plus wheel alignment.. took it to a garage shortly after my ball joints where never greased, and all my bolts were loose and they never did an alignment... places like this need held accountable and shut down. Never ever go to belle tire.
