He gave me the ones we thought it was more likely to be and he went ahead and ordered the others so they would be in tomorrow if I needed to return the ones I got today… I really appreciate this gesture. He did not have to do that. He could have just sold me these and left it at that but he went the extra mile…

Not only did he find the appropriate screws to tighten it back up he got under there and put it on for me. It was so kind and above and beyond what someone would usually do especially this day and age. Kindness costs nothing but it is rarely given. To run into someone like Scott was a blessing. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
