  Horrible experience on 4/27/26. I was one of the first customers in the building. Dropped my car off at 8 in the morning. Mind you this is the same tire that got patched and was told the patch would out live the tire. That wasn't the case. Tire went flat on me again. Was told that I was hitting curbs. I don't hit curbs. Was dropped off at 5 from a friend because I was told my car would be done by then. I sat in the lobby until 7:30. I watched an employee trying to attack a customer. The customer was upset because how long the process was taking. The employee decide to walk around the building and talk on his phone instead of working on cars. Not sure what happen after that but it was now down to one person working on cars. Mostly everyone inside was waiting pretty much got there keys and left after the fight because everything was taking so long. On my way to work this morning my tire light came on again. Not a great feeling when you just forked out $179.00 for a tire. I will honestly say don't go to this company. Horrible service.

  Took my aging minivan in for an oil change and tire rotation, with instructions to investigate an oil leak. They found several oil leaks, plus a power steering fluid leak (which I suspected, but thought I had fixed). They provided a WAY OVERPRICED fix for both problems, to which I foolishly agreed. Picked up the next day. The problems started in the Belle parking lot: van wouldn't start! A Belle employee provided a jump, and the van ran well for forty minutes. The next day, the minivan started, but suddenly went wild, with a motor racing in idle, brakes barely functioning, the engine seemingly wanting to push the vehicle through the brakes, VSA light as well as other indicators illuminated, engine noise notably louder and rougher. Drove home and switched cars due to time constraints. Eventually, had the van towed back to Belle, since it again wouldn't start, and I believed it was unsafe to drive, especially on Tiffin Ave. The verdict: They had messed up part of the repair, which they would remedy for free, but I also needed a new battery -- for which they again massively overcharged me. At my second pickup, I argued for reimbursement of the towing fee, which they said they would cover earlier, but it fell on deaf ears. No deal. I absorbed the towing fee plus the inflated second bill just to be rid of Belle Tire. Now, my minivan runs, but not as well as prior to this sorry episode. Bottom line: poor workmanship, dishonesty, and wretched customer service are what one should expect at Findlay Belle Tire. Stay away!

  Never go here, they switched out our new tie rods for old ones when we went for an alignment!

  Went to this place at 230pm, I was losing air in my tire. They said we can't get you in. That's all they said, not we will try and look at it or can you come back tomorrow, very unprofessional! I went to Jam Best one tire, they fixed it within 30 minutes. Highly recommend Jam best tire

  They were slow , unprofessional and a rip off, watched them not only do it to me but two older ladies, how do they sleep at night
