  Service by the same guy every single time. I like that alot. He already knows what I come in for and the type of oil without even pulling it up on the screen. Very nice.

  love them! their service at the fairlawn location is always top notch. they are always super friendly, very knowledgable, very fast and efficient. they let me know if something is needed or if I can wait on replacing it. I take all my vehicles here for oil changes and recommend everyone else around me to do so as well. you will not be disappointed!

  Roger and Nick were amazing!!! They made me feel like I was in my own living room I was so comfortable. I was so cozy… it was crazy. If I could 7 or 8 stars I would. Thank you guys for making America run!!!! I salute you🛴🎠🫶

  Does my oil change and recommend literally every service you offer I say no and then at the end tell me all of those fluids are leaking so it was just to try and get the most money out of me rather than what would have been best for me and that is a really shady business practice I will not be returning that’s forsure

  I drive out to this Valvoline from Cleveland purely because the service is excellent. You never find places nowadays that are this good and it makes the drive 100% worth it. They helped me change my tail lights, they noticed my Dad had put my air filter in upside down and fixed it, everyone who worked on my car was not just pleasant, but legitimately seemed happy to be working there. I’m a customer for life! Side note, tried to tip and they were very nice in declining. It’s a great team - Brian, Dylan, Samal and Roger are phenomenal. Didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who helped with the tail light, but I definitely appreciated them all.
