    Tony Veal was a God send to me. Iam not computer savvy and he helped every step of the way. He was polite,compassionate and went way beyond in helping me use my coupon code to helping apply for the rebate!! He was profesional and kind every step of the way!     This location is incredible. The service is state of the art. Staff is informative, professional and friendly. Work area is visible to the customer. Wait area clean and comfortable. I bypass closer locations to use this facility and it is so worth it.

    Very pleased with the service at Goodyear Store! They have consistently taken professional care of my vehicle. From new tires to oil changes. Very professional and friendly staff. Plus the New Goodyear tires I got are excellent!

    Felt like we got the shake down here. In town for a funeral. Get a flat tire, tried the place across the street, they didn't have the tire size, so we popped over to Goodyear. Goodyear didn't have the technician available (fair enough) to put the tire on. We asked if we could buy the tire and take back across the street. They then told us that we had to pay cash for a tire! Who does that? Totally shady. NTB up the street took care of us. We are originally from this area and all of our friends and family live in Akron. We told them all to stay clear of Goodyear. So disappointed.
