  Had an appointment to get new tires. Ended up taking over two hours which was unexpected. I was originally told an hour to and hour and a half. Other than the long wait it was a nice experience. Thank goodness it is attached to a mall so it made the waiting a little more tolerable.

  Where to start. They could have asked for a "150" or "250" non refundable inspection fee. No. Goodyear takes care of their rubber. The tires were installed at a different shop. There were issues with the foam seperation on the Electric vehicle tires. The original shop refused to admit the tire was a half pound off. A big mac out of balance. Took it to a different shop in barberton. They warranty replaced it. Good on them. Thanks. Wobble happened again. Result unsure. Goodyear time. Goodyear took all 4 tires off the rims. Inspected them. Foam and all. Put them back on. Balanced them better than all. It was this super winter ice. Inside the rim. My 2005 Chevy tahoe never had these issues. But everything different tire wise. Ice inside the rim. Never had this but low profile is new to me.. I am actually a Michelin person. But wow. Wow. And wow. If at least 2 persons in this shop if not all dont have a clearly labeled company car within the year. Shame on Goodyear. And glory to what are your best. You may have converted me on a 2% difference on performance but a 1000% on don't be a butt.

  Tony Veal was a God send to me. Iam not computer savvy and he helped every step of the way. He was polite,compassionate and went way beyond in helping me use my coupon code to helping apply for the rebate!! He was profesional and kind every step of the way! He is a person who went beyond his work duties! You don't see that everyday!! Thanks Tony for making my experience stress free!!!! Rita McFadden

  This location is incredible. The service is state of the art. Staff is informative, professional and friendly. Work area is visible to the customer. Wait area clean and comfortable. I bypass closer locations to use this facility and it is so worth it.
