  Frank is THE MAN. Called Wednesday and Frank picked up the phone and made this whole process as stressless as possible. Took all my information over the phone and reassured us that he would make it easy and that he did. Vehicle was ready to be test driven within 15 min of being at the dealership. Paperwork was seamless. Honestly would recommend purchasing from this dealership any day of the week. If you can have Frank helping you it makes the process that much better. Appreciate you!

  The "customer service" staff of this dealer are extremely disrespectful and abusive with customers, excellent work to scam. Call the main office of Hyundai to inquire about a warranty because the engine always had a very high oil consumption and loss of power, I notify them of the year of the car and the mileage and they tell me that yes, I qualify for the TXXI warranty that takes it to any dealer that works with engines and for my bad luck I chose this one specifically, two and a half weeks without any kind of information from the dealer. I had to escalate the case with the principal who attends me Jorge (the least professional person of all) they tell me that I do not qualify for the warranty due to the mileage of my car it should be noted that neither the principal nor the dealer said anything about that, with the information in hand (supports of all the correct maintenance of the car) not only made me lose the type, they also charged me an alleged diagnosis of $227 without prior notice and confirmation to be able to recover my vehicle. SCAMMERS!

  Chandler was my salesman, he was a very nice young man. He listened to what I wanted and he delivered. The only thing I'm finding a little irritating is getting urgent text messages from the dealership telling me that I need complete my "welcome call" and that I need to respond "right now." I've never experienced anything like that with previous car purchases with other dealerships. But so far, Im very happy with my new Hyundai.

  Do not buy any oil changes or tire warranty from these guys. They will tell you that you can get things done at any Hyundai dealership, then when you attempt it turns out it's a complete falsehood. Got a nail in my tire had the tire warranty go to get it fixed at voss and low and behold it's not active yet. Got told by multiple staff members at jeff wyler I would be reimbursed by them including Shaun the salesman and Alissa Meyer a manager. No check ever came! Multiple calls placed they have zero integrity. Now I go for an oil change that I paid for and guess what it's not in the system at Voss so I'm out of pocket again. Shady scammers for real.

  I bought a 2023 Hyundai Tucson here but the experience was awful. My husband and I waited for over 4 hours while the salesman filled out paperwork incorrectly multiple times, the first offer they gave us for financing did not take into consideration our good credit and gave a ridiculously high interest rate which we negotiated down, and they surprised and pressured us to get certificates and warranties as we were going through titling. I was so ready to be done with the process by the time we left the dealership at 10:30pm. A week later, they texted us (seperately) saying they'd forgotten to do an inspection for the certification and we would have to drive back to the dealership from NKY to get the inspection done. They also forgot to take scans of our licenses to do the titling. This behavior was incredibly unprofessional and caused us to lose two evenings of commuting to and from the dealership. Despite this inconvenience, the manager REFUSED to refund the price of the certification and was extremely rude to me when I tried to complain. At the end of the day, the hassle wasnt worth it for the car I ended up purchasing and I wish I had walked out. Go somewhere else. The staff will make your life difficult.
