I do not usually write reviews but I had to share my experience working with Neeko at Jeff Wyler Auto Mall in Fairfield As someone who is a bit older I have always been hesitant about going into dealerships I never liked the typical salesman approach and usually try to avoid it
Neeko completely changed that for me He was very informative and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident What stood out the most was his patience He never rushed me never pressured me and made sure I understood all my options
The truth is I did not even know exactly what I wanted when I walked in Neeko guided me through the process and helped me find the perfect car that fit my needs He made everything feel easy smooth and transparent
On top of that he got me a great price and made sure I was fully protected with my purchase I left feeling taken care of instead of feeling like I was sold something which I have never experienced before at a dealership
If you have ever been hesitant about the car buying process I highly recommend asking for Neeko He truly goes above and bed

I called Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield in the hopes of getting better service than I was getting at Kings KIA. The first woman I spoke to while making my appointment was very nice, accommodating with her time while answering my questions and understanding of my frustrations with Kings KIA. She was able to get me in for my appt within 3 days, which was significantly better than the 3 months I had to wait for Kings Kia. I needed to get in for 2 recalls and a “check parking warning system” error light that had been on my dash since first few days of January. I made my appt with Kings shortly after it came on and they couldn’t get me in until March 30. I later was able to plan a trip for spring break that week and needed to reschedule and Kings Kia is booked out until June now. Hence, my call to Kia Fairfield even though it is 30+ mins away from where I live. Dropped my car off Thurs evening, keys in the drop box, so it would be ready for my 9:15 Friday morning appt. Friday morning I get a call from a service advisor telling me that due to the scratch in the paint on my front bumper, which is nowhere near the parking sensors and had been there since the first few months of having my car, and I should be aware that I may get charged the $200 diagnostics fee. This is after I had to call Kia America to confirm that I would only be charged the fee if it was determined after diagnostics that the warning light was on due to physical damage, since my car is only 2 years old and anything other than physical damage would be covered under manufacturer warranty. I told her not to touch my car until I could further discuss. I made a second call to Kia America confirming that a scratch in the paint or other cosmetic damage would not be related to the parking warning system malfunctioning. I called kia Fairfield back and the woman at Kia Fairfield continued to insist that the scratch, which she then upgraded to a gash, could be cause for me having to pay the diagnostic fee. I asked her to speak to a tech, or whoever brought up the scratch in the paint. She proceeds to tell me that it was a “personal observation” she made while walking into work, past my car. I refused to authorize them to go ahead with the diagnostics until she finally let me talk to a sales manager. He assured me that no, paint damage or cosmetic damage would not be related to the parking warning system malfunction and I gave them the go ahead to run diagnostics and determine the problem. Our conversation was over at 12:15 Friday. It is now Wednesday at 1:00 pm and I have not heard a word from them. I called and got the AI assistant, which is what has happened every single time I’ve called them since I made the initial appointment. Now here I am using my spring break vacation writing a Google review, which I have never in my entire life done. I am not a Karen. I really don’t have time for this. Now that I’m thinking about it, they really only deserve 1 star. I highly recommend not using Kia Fairfield for service.

I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from this group of dealers. And as always, they try and add things on at the end, not give dealer rebates, etc. I’ve been in sales for over a decade. I refuse to operate that way. I went in with a friend on Sunday to help them negotiate their deal. They came back Wednesday and purchased and did all the financing And the sale price of the vehicle increased three grand While extending the term from 72 months to 84 months. Also charged $700 for floor mats that she did not receive And additional packages and brake light systems that she never asked for.
Made multiple calls into the dealership with no return calls From several people, including Cedric the GM. While in the finance office, the manager got angry in an attitude with her every time she declined a product Just to find them in the price on the invoice after looking it over a couple days later with me. Very disappointed And it sounds like this is very common practice from this dealership

Buying a car, unfortunately, still feels less like a professional transaction and more like a game of endurance and a test of education. The process is weighed down by outdated sales tactics that seem designed to take advantage of the average, less-informed buyer rather than create a transparent and efficient experience.
We knew exactly what we wanted and was well informed of the vehicles market value and financing. What we experienced was a classic “shock and awe” approach. We came in with a reasonable offer, only to be initially presented with a significantly worse deal. From there, it turned into a drawn-out back-and-forth—three rounds of negotiation—only to ultimately land fairly close to where we started. That kind of process feels unnecessary and frustrating, especially when it seems engineered to wear the customer down rather than work toward a fair agreement quickly.
Even after reaching a deal, the experience didn’t improve. We then waited an additional 90 minutes just to begin the paperwork, which only added to the overall frustration. The entire process felt like my time was not respected and overall wasn’t enjoyable.
On a positive note, the General Manager stood out as highly charismatic. He came across as a strong leader and good person. My frustration is not with any individual, but with the overall sales process and buying experience, which feels outdated and in need of serious improvement.

The communication and getting a call back here is horrible I've been calling 2wks now even thru my surgery everyday calling for my car to get a scratch touched up. I've left multiple messages no call back. I even used the chat thing no call like they say someone will call you. I called paint and fabric which is my warranty to try and set the appt myself but can't the dealership has to do it but the dealership has yet to call me back I have yet to speak to anyone cause no one answers the phone or calls back. I contacted Julius that sold me the car he hasn't responded in 3days after I told him the warranty said the dealership must make the appt I even left the manager a message..no call back yet. All week calling. Nothing. Can I contact a different jeff wyler kia to do it? Cause last time I did this last year it took this location 3 months to finally make the appt. Is it going to take 3 months again? This is ridiculous. Service said they can't mske the appt the sales department does that which the warranty also said that but not one single sales person has called me back. Smh. Communication at this location is horrible. I should of went to Jake Sweeney but didn't have the yacht blue unfortunately if I knew customer service was like this maybe white would of been okay.
