You won’t go wrong. Rod the service advisor was quick and easy to work with also. Five stars from the time I walked in to the time I walked out or actually drove out with my new car.

  Our experience happened on March 27, 2026, when we purchased a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac. We were not able to drive off the lot with our new vehicle after test-driving. We were sold a car that was not roadworthy due to the immediate failure of merchantability. I wish I had taken a picture, but there was heavy corrosion on the battery, and because of that there are probably electrical system issues. We were sold a vehicle that was unsafe to drive.

  The Service Department at Kia in Fairfield, OH is fantastic. The people are customer service oriented and treat you kindly. The service of your vehicle is fast and they even send you a video of what is being done with your vehicle, while you wait. All services and warranty are great but the people there make all the difference. The service dept is where you will spend most of your “dealership time” at so it is imperative to me to have good service dept. people. They are. I have had a great experience the several times I have been in for regular servicing. Great people and I will be a future buyer based on this, sales people being exceptionally friendly knowing I am not buying anything, and just overall interactions I have had with workers there.

  I was lied to about the vehicle I wanted was at that store. I was lied to about pricing of vehicles they are way more expensive there than they showed online. The interest rate wasn’t 1.6. I have 805 credit score. Yes that’s from them running my credit. Guy sold me a warranty package said for 7 years would fix dents and scratches even from my dog scratches so many miles. Guy lied about the warranty package for my tires saying I can get them replaced in my 7 year package from normal driving. Complained before I signed about 6.99 interest rate guy didn’t fix the problem he said just sign we can fix any financing just sign now. That was the biggest lie. Go to see the person for financing right after that that was a lie also, he wouldn’t do a damn thing after the said he did lie now I’m stuck with a 6.99 interest rate that I didn’t want with the warranty that doesn’t benefit me at all that’s just a waste of money and not even the truck that I wanted finance guy bring the guy in asked about The things you promised me on the warranty he agreed that he said all my scratches could be fixed for free from my dogs. He agreed that he said should get new tires from warranty in the 7 years from just them running bulk. financing guy says well you told her wrong that’s not the warranty covers. All the lies at the financing guy heard and he didn’t do anything about how I got screwed. He said I can fix the 2 dent on truck that we’re already there only on Thursday but in 30 days but if it’s raining that day it can’t be done. Than tried to sell me another warranty package after saying he couldn’t take off the warranty I had. Nobody fixed my problem. Nobody really helped me. They literally forced me with lies on everything. I’m not really happy. Wish I got the truck I wanted. Also was forced to fill out some questionnaire, and the guy controlled me saying put this put that I didn’t even have my own opinion on the questionnaire. And no, I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come here and get swindled into major debt for a car. The truck is nice just not what I wanted. Also found rust on a brand new truck.
