    Came in for an alignment found out the other shop i went to left bolt loose and lost alignment shims these guys took care of me and got everything tight and replaced my shims for me at no extra cost thank you Christian and Bryan I wont go anywhere else

    I randomly pulled in here today because I ran over something the other day and that plate/pan thing was hanging under my car just dragging while I was driving and driving me insane. I went in to see how much it would be to lift my car up and either bolt it back up if possible or tear it off and I'm glad I did. They were super friendly. The guy came out and looked at it, pulled on it a couple times and said to give him 10 minutes and he'd have someone come take care of me. 10 minutes later a guy came out and took my car. 5 mins after that he brought me my keys and told me to have a nice day. They didn't charge me or try to tell me a bunch of stuff that "needed fixing" and I was beyond grateful. I would definitely recommend!

    I've been to this location several times in the last 7 months and EACH time the team has provided exceptional service. Yesterday, I caught a nail in my tire and within 40 minutes it was a dead tire. I was 10 minutes from this shop and uncertain if I'd make it before I could no longer drive. I made it right in time and Brian, Christian, and another gentleman were there to help. I was out of the shop in no time. I can't rave enough about how AMAZING this team is. They are every day good men doing phenomenal, and reliable work for customers 24/7. I chose them after my incident last year, and they've been consistent. It's highly appreciated. - Fatima

    I went to Xpress Pro and had great service from the manager Christian. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to me, and was very polite. I will definitely will be taking my car back because of him.

    Worst place ever they screwed me around for a month did not fix nothing made things worse put parts on I did not need I would really like a call from a CEO or somebody because this is worse experience ever had and when I pick it up last time the mechanic pulled my car around his hands were greasy and dirty took me five wipes just to clean my steering wheel and everything he touched very unprofessional and all over my seat supposedly did a front end alignment it's worse now it's hard to drive
