    It was my first time bringing a vehicle to Express Pro and I will definitely be taking my vehicles back there. Service and employees where awesome.

    They were super friendly and reasonably priced. I always come back here because I don’t feel like they ever try to pull one over on me. They tell me what they notice, give me options, but never pressure me to get the service that day.

    Customer service was amazing, I went there for a flap tire. They pulled my car right in, they checked it told me it was a nail in it. I asked how long it would take because I had to leave for work. They told me 3mins and it was done in that time frame. I waited a few days it snowed and the tires is still good. They have fantastic communication, they were very fast and accurate. I will be coming to them with every car problem I have in the future. I will also recommend all my friends to go to them as well.

    Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Daughter went there for a tire and was told she had an oil leak. Paid over $300 for the part that would fix the leak. Car began make noise this past week (20 days since repair) and we had car looked at by another mechanic and was found to have no oil and underbelly of car coated in oil and to take back to Xpress pro since they did initial repair. Took car back to Xpress pro and was told she now has oil leaking from everywhere else other than part they replaced. When my mechanic at the other shop questioned Xpress pro via phone as to what was replaced, exactly what was done and how we suddenly have multiple major leaks that were not found during initial diagnosis the tech became very defensive, unprofessional and stated he was done and backed the car out. Certified doesn't mean qualified!

    Brought my vehicle to this location on a positive referral. Spoke to a gentleman that stated he would take a look at it and figure out what the issue is. After calling back multiple times and hearing that it was being “tinkered on“ from time to time. After a couple I checked back in to see if there’s any update and they suddenly informed me that there’s nothing they can do and I should’ve had it picked up and taken to another dealership that could fix it.
