With in a two months time frame of service had issue on two separate occasions that location would not resolve between to different managers. Had to go to another Monro location to get resolution. 3 alignments and total of 5 new tires place on car in 2 months. Worse experience I have ever had purchasing tires. Very thankful for the Managers at the Sharonville location and the quick response to replacing and or repairs needed to correct the issues on my vehicle.
