  They have patched both my wife's pilot and my civic when they had flat tires. Very fairly priced and done in quick time! Highly recommend their services.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have tried to get my tires done for 5 days now and I haven't gotten serviced. My partner and I scheduled the appointment and the first day my time was from 11-1, got there at 12 and the person told me they sent the tire instillation guy home and tried to gaslight me saying that I was late even though I was well in the window. The next day they said they had the tires, went up there and they lied to me on the phone and didn't have the tires. Rescheduled, and then today I called to make sure they were available because they said they were going to be and they then turned around and quoted me way more than my original order and also after telling me they were going to knock off pricing because THEY MESSED UP 3 SEPERATE TIMES they didn't do that. Extremely unprofessional work and basically made me run around for a week and not get serviced. -100/10 don't recommend and they have no clue what they are talking about. Sketchy and not good customer service or regular service in general.

  This has been the most ridiculous run around i’ve ever been given. We scheduled an appointment on Monday, drove up on my SPARE tire, to then be told “we sent the guy home you’re late for your appointment”. I had scheduled a drop off between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM and showed up at 12:15 PM, with plenty of time. The workers reaction was to then tell me to “call service number”? Do you guys really find that appropriate? After that he tried his best to get me in the next day, so I called before driving down and was told “Everything’s good to go”. Lies. He called not even five minutes later to tell me that they didn’t have ANY tires for my vehicle in stock so I would have to wait until Wednesday. I call on Wednesday (today) and get greeted by the General Manager, whom tell me my tires are STILL not in the shop. He then proceeds to quote me 200 dollars over the price I was quoted online, and doesn’t seem to care about the situation i’ve been put in by not only giving them two but THREE chances to make this right. I could not advise ANYONE looking for tires to use these guys, it’s ridiculous and a complete shame as I tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt.

  The best experience I have had in a long time. The men that work there are so nice and they were honest with me and advised me that for my safety to purchase 4 new tires. I will recommend all my friends to Mr. Tire.

  Everyone was pretty nice. I can't give 5 stars though, unfortunately. I needed tires, they told me that they would order them and call me the next day. I was told to call around noon if they didn't call me first. Around 1:30 the next day, I call to ask about my tires. The woman on the phone keeps trying to get me to make an appointment. I tell her no, they were supposed to call me over an hour ago. She keeps asking about appointments and I tell her no, again. She asks for my name and says it wrong 2 seconds after I tell her. I correct her and she transfers me to a manager. He tells me the tires got there about 45 minutes ago and I can be there at my convenience. So I get there, the man I spoke to on the phone is also saying my name wrong. I correct him as well. I'm used to it but it's starting to bother me. He tells me it's about a 45 minute wait. I don't mind, I'm not in a hurry. He does give me a discount on the tires which I appreciate. He tells me there's no way to turn the tire light off but it should go off on it's own after 15 minutes. I drive for at least half an hour and it's still on. I don't see the point in going back if he can't do anything about it. Maybe it'll be gone the next day? Nope. My tire light is still on. I don't want to go to the dealership about it. So I head back there. Thankfully a different man is there and he fixes it in 2 seconds while teaching me how to do it myself. I do wish that extra trip could've been avoided. I suppose I can recommend this place but it's definitely not 5 stars from me.
