    I don't know why I even wasted my time coming to this location. Colerain is the best location. I scheduled a service appt for last week when I arrive the lady was rude and said "You know this isn't going to be quick right" in a smart tone I stated that I wasn't worried about that but since she brought it up how long would the wait be. She stated a FEW DAYS, and that it was scheduled under the wrong slot. I scheduled my service under other and put in the comments "spark plugs/chargers out" because it was not an option. she then states Rudley "how do you even know if you need spark plugs" I told her it was recommend by YOU ALL. so she reschedules me for a later time I come in AGAIN and is told that it will be a long wait time due to only two hybrid techs. I ask can I get a shuttle to work. He states that the shuttle only drives 5 miles. I have had a shuttle to work before from you all. so i ask for a loner I was told that you dont have them but I had a loner last year around this time for 2 weeks and it was through kia. I asked for him to call me back ASAP when he found out all the details of my car because I need to pick my son up from daycare at 6:00PM. 1:40pm I get a video stating that my car has a extreme oil leak. Kia doesn't call me until 4:34. He tells me they would need to keep my car I drooped my car off at 10:15 am so I am confused on how no work got done on my car. So I had to reschedule this is now my 3rd appt waste of miles, time, and gas. Plus NOW I have to drive around with an oil leak with my one-year-old which is not safe. asked for shuttle/loaner was denied again.

    Jeff Wyler KIA was very clean and the staff were extra helpful. Not only did they tell me what and where i needed to go, they walked me there, showing me where to get a new key for my car made. The gentlemen greeted me at the door and walked me to the service department, then the very beautiful long blonde hair woman walked me to the parts window and stood there with me, rang the bell and waited with me until the parts specialist came to the window, then then the parts specialist was very patient and kind with me until i was able to place my order for my new key. Ive been working on my credit to get a new car for a year now. When i get it up to 700, ima go back and get me a new KIA from this place. They are a phenomenal business. Thankyou for your help today, Jeff Wyler KIA. Ill be back! Update. I went to retrieve my key that i had to wait a week for after prepaying and the parts guy cut the wrong key from my own titles VIN number. I demanded a refund or a recut and he tried telling me no refunds. I demanded to speak to the person in charge. Another guy came to the desk, saying no refunds. I said i need to speak to someone above you. He made a call and the person i guess told him to refund me. He kept trying to gas light me by saying, we cant just cut me another kwy, its obviously not the door locks your car was manufactured with. I told him i had another key cut 4 years prior and it worked just fine and his response was," well its over ten years of use, ita not gonna look the same as it did when the key was firat manufactured." I waited for the refund to go back onto my debit card then drove to Kings KIA where the man cut my key then let me try it on the door before i payed for it. IF YOU WANT A TRUE PROFESSIONAL JOB WITH PARTS AND PROPER KEYS CUT, drive another 5 miles down the highway and go to KINGS KIA INSTEAD. JEFF WYLER, get someone else into your parts department that knows what they are doing. KINGS KIA will get my business when it comes time to get a new KIA. Good riddance. BTW, The parts department guy that first came to the desk when i first asked for a supervisor smelled like he hadent had a shower in a month.

    My name is Damon Bowman. And I would have to say this was the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly throughout the whole process, but the person I have to thank is Samuel Harvey he listened to everything that I wanted in a car and came through 100% and some I definitely would recommend anybody that needs a car to go to Kia a Fairfield.
