Visited the dealership to purchase a used vehicle I found on Autotrader. Vehicle was new to lot and had no pictures on the web. Vehicle looked amazing, and ran like a new car. Paid cash for transactions so should have been a straightforward deal. As per usual with dealerships, they tried to add more insurances and warranties to the vehicle than you can imagine. Finished purchasing vehicle, got it home and the next day the engine began running a little rough at idle. Researched issue through Audi owners forums and found that others had reported this occuring when vehicle was filled with 87 octane fuel. Spoke with sales rep Nick Grubb who swears up and down they put premium in it. Some context, this is an Audi Q5 i purchased and it requires premium fuel. There's even a sticker on the gas cap to remind you. Ran the tank out from the dealership and refilled with premium. Vehicle has no issues now. So not as smooth as I would like but it works. End result, typical car dealership, nothing special, nothing bad. Just average. My advice, read everything carefully, walk in with a ballpark number on what you want to spend, and stick to your guns with that number. Don't be afraid to walk out or threaten to if they don't give you your way. You're the boss, not the dealership

Great place to purchase a vehicle with the wide variety to pick from. From cars to SUVS to trucks and respectable salesman as well as finance managers. I was able to get in and out and into my new 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. I highly recommend buying a new vehicle from here if you’re in the market.

Just bought my dream car and Cooper made it so easy. We were in and out in about an hour and a half from test drive to me pulling out in my new ride. It was seamless and professional. Kylee was quick with the financing documents and I CANNOT recommend them more. No funny business, nothing shady. They didn’t try and add a bunch of fees or warranties I wasn’t interested in or didn’t understand. I have never had a car buying experience like this before and I will go back there when I upgrade.

Run don’t buy vehicle from this lot! I bought a 2017 ram 6 months ago and now it is falling apart and the finance manager tells me take it somewhere else cuz they can’t fix it! So if it was up to anyone I know I’m telling you don’t trust them they will say anything and do anything so you buy it then when you need help it it sends you to a complete different dealership! Like wow service department can’t help service the vehicles it sells! Keep that in mind folks!
