Just bought my dream car and Cooper made it so easy. We were in and out in about an hour and a half from test drive to me pulling out in my new ride. It was seamless and professional. Kylee was quick with the financing documents and I CANNOT recommend them more. No funny business, nothing shady. They didn’t try and add a bunch of fees or warranties I wasn’t interested in or didn’t understand. I have never had a car buying experience like this before and I will go back there when I upgrade.

I was really happy with my experience with Fairfield Acura. Making the apt was simple just a call to the service dept and they had available appointments the next day. I really enjoyed the video they do while servicing your vehicle explaining what's being done to your car. The service was quick and they were done less than a hour.

Run don’t buy vehicle from this lot! I bought a 2017 ram 6 months ago and now it is falling apart and the finance manager tells me take it somewhere else cuz they can’t fix it! So if it was up to anyone I know I’m telling you don’t trust them they will say anything and do anything so you buy it then when you need help it it sends you to a complete different dealership! Like wow service department can’t help service the vehicles it sells! Keep that in mind folks!

The service we received from Jeff and Brandon was above and beyond. I am so glad that we came to this dealership. What started as a short contract while my husband’s car was in service ended in a 9 month new car purchase. The follow up was perfect and never overbearing. I would highly recommend this dealership. Absolutely ridiculous experience. This dealership is the definition of unprofessional and shady. First visit? They tell me they “lost the key” and I need to come back. Second visit? The price magically jumps higher than before. I clearly stated the price I wanted, and Pierre asked said “would you do $27,000” I didn’t wanna pay that much back then.
Today Pierre called me I asked “you said 27 last time right” and he said the exact words: “If you come tonight, we can make it happen.” So I literally left an important meeting, rushed there before they closed, and guess what? Suddenly it’s not $27,000 anymore. Suddenly the story changes. Suddenly the deal “isn’t what he meant.”
This place wasted my time twice, played pricing games, and lied just to drag me back into the showroom. That’s not a misunderstanding — that’s dishonest business.
If a dealership can’t even keep their word before a sale, imagine the nightmare after.
Don’t trust what they tell you on the phone, don’t trust their “promises,” and definitely don’t trust Pierre’s word. There are plenty of dealerships out there — this one just proved why people hate car buying.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy being lied to, misled, and having your time disrespected.
