- WKWish You KnewDec 30, 20252.0Poorest phone answering in all of business. Have people who will tell you they are doing something on the phone and yet they don’t send email receipt. Tasha is horrible customer service and needs to be trained. Called and spoke with her about my receipt and she told me she sending it now and 4 hrs goes by nothing I call again and speak with her and she assures me she is sending right then and there while on phone and never sent it. I had to call customer support and Diego sent it to me instantly. I mean I’m a weekly customer who spends tons of money thru enterprise and to be treated and lied to as I am is unprofessional. I will take my business to another company. I challenge any enterprise boss to go undercover and do a rental experience with Fairfield Ohio location or Middletown and tell me it’s not awful. You can call that place at anytime and phone will just ring ring ring and or be on hold, but you can pull up there and there’s someone inside sitting on their butt in the back every time. The employees bring their children to work and the whole setting is unprofessional. Do better Enterprise you use to be on point. The management you have now is trash and most the experiences are trash when dealing with them. Shoutout to DD employee she is the best you have there.
