- ADAngela Dellagatto5 days ago4.0My rental broke down and left me stranded on the side of the highway in the cold. The car was a 2025 so no one would have expected that to happen. The problem came with the customer service I received for roadside assistance. They rep was rude and condescending. And she sent the roadside assistance to the wrong address. She had sent a link to confirm my location and when I told her the my phone stated it could not confirm, she replied that's okay I know where you are. When the tow truck driver called and asked why I was not answering that the door at the location she sent him to I replied that's because I'm stranded on the side of the highway so it took an additional 20 minutes to get to me which was nearly an hour sitting in a car with no heat and 25° and snowing. The following morning I needed a new rental and Brandon Tisdale of the Fairborn Enterprise location saved the day. He took care of everything including picking me up in Dayton which was out of his area.
