  If I could give negative stars… I would give hundreds!!! I had a disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I was contacted just hours before my scheduled pickup and told I could not rent a premium SUV without a credit card due to “high risk area” policies. While I understand that businesses may have specific requirements, the way this was communicated was unprofessional and dismissive. The representative spoke over me, did not allow me to fully express my concerns, and was unable to clearly provide the name of a manager who would be available to assist me the following day. This made the situation more frustrating, especially given the short notice before my trip. I would recommend better communication, clearer explanation of policies at the time of booking, and improved customer service when handling concerns. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of company policies

  I reserved a car for Friday, April 3, 2026 Enterprise called me and told me that They did not have the type of car that I wanted, but I could come the next day to pick the car up that they would have it. I told him I will be there at 12:30. I got there at 12:45. They gave my vehicle away to someone else I have been renting from Enterprise too long and have spent too much money with them and never experienced anything like this the two idiots that they had at the site said that they called me and I didn’t answer so they gave my car away. Who does that. And the young man that I spoke with that told me to come the next day and that the guy Devon would assist me, but that wasn’t the case. I’m so disappointed with Enterprise right now.

  Planning for a roadtrip is stressful enough and any deviation from what is planned can be a major stressor. So when I was running late for my pick-up and the vehicle I requested was no longer available—Gabby and Devon were there to save the day!! They gave us a fair substitute and was EXTREMELY kind and patient in their approach. My family and I will use the location ALWAYS! Thank you Gabby and Devon for your AMAZING service!! Five stars all around!!!

  Nothing available, terribly slow, and no consideration for a persons schedule. Rather than provide any information. They talk amongst each other and wait for some one to become impatient and ask questions to provide any updates. I waited over an hour for a vehicle that I reserved weeks in advance. Then three other people who were the before me sat as long if not longer. Ridiculous service
