  This past weekend was my fourth experience with this location! Sometimes the ideal car you want isn't available and it what it is. These workers can't control how many bad drivers bring these cars back dirty or damaged which affects everyone else's reservations. Anyways, this staff handles that so efficiently. Every single time I come in I see the staff hustling to get everyone in the car that best fits their situation! Although my rentals have all been pretty straight forward and without incident, we've witnessed some of the crazy situations they deal with and this staff does so with professionalism, patience and great customer service. We love this location and will continue to go through Enterprise for our rentals.

  I experienced a serious issue with my vehicle, and Gabbie and Jeff handled the situation with exceptional care and professionalism. From start to finish, they made sure I was safe, informed, and fully taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to see the issue through from beginning to end. The Euclid location consistently delivers outstanding customer service, and this experience reinforced why it’s always my preferred branch. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for customers are unmatched. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at the 7710 Annapolis Road location in Maryland. The customer service there fell far below Enterprise standards, and my safety concerns were not taken seriously. What stood out most was how Gabbie and Jeff — who were in another state — stepped in and ensured I received the service and support I deserved, despite not being physically present. Gabbie stayed on hold with me for over an hour and a half to help resolve the situation, and Jeff followed up the next day to make sure everything was handled properly and that I was okay. Their dedication and accountability prevented this situation from escalating further and demonstrated what true customer care looks like. Because of the Euclid team, I remain an Enterprise customer. I rent from this location 5–6 times a year, and they are the sole reason for my continued loyalty. Huge shout-out to the entire Euclid staff — they deserve recognition, praise, and raises for how professionally they handled this ordeal. Their level of concern, follow-through, and respect is unmatched, and they represented Enterprise exceptionally well.
