  First time here made appointment same day as service writer Ray made appointment I got there a few minutes early because car was purchased from another dealership so I could get into the system. I just wanted to congratulate your staff and the Technician who performed my service in and out less than a hour. Keep up the good work. Ron Schneider

  Had engine replaced due to recall-there was a NEW light on as soon as I turned it on in their parking lot, I walked back inside and after 10 minutes of being mansplained the difference between a parking brake and regular brakes, I was told it wasn’t part of the warranty and dismissed. After contacting my GMC support representative, she was horrified it was not taken care of in that moment, and I brought it back directly. They were unable to diagnose it directly since they couldn’t get the engine started - thank goodness it didn’t fail on me before I could get it back to them . The power control module needed replaced- they tried to say it as it was not part of the warranty, and I would need to pay for it myself, which is ridiculous as it dysfunctioned while in their possession. The technician who dismissed me KNEW what the light could indicate and told me to leave despite knowing the danger it would cause to me or my family . Furthermore ,I’ve since discovered during the engine replacement , they failed to realign the tires correctly - had to replace a brand new 500$ tire, A/C suddenly stopped working , serpentine belt, engine exhaust head not replaced properly. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY . THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY. BEWARE

  I recently purchased a buick envision avenair from Reed Abraham. He was very knowledgeable and was very courteous. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything extra. I definitely will recommend him to my family and friends
