  Had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car! The staff was incredibly accommodating and made both pickup and drop-off smooth and stress-free. Everything was ready when we arrived, and the process moved quickly without any hassle. What stood out most was the convenience—we were able to pick up a 15-passenger van right in Elyria instead of having to go all the way to the airport or into Cleveland. That level of accessibility made a big difference for our group and saved us a lot of time and effort. We’re really grateful for the service and professionalism from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

  I had an excellent customer experience. From the time I was picked at the body shop until I was processed at Enterprise and put in a RAV4. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Car was reasonably new and clean. When my car was repaired I was able to leave the rental with the repair shop, which was extremely convenient. Thank you Elyria Enterprise

  Staff is absolutely amazing at the Elyria, Ohio rental center. Ainsley is a very professional, kind, and an amazing person. She’s very knowledgeable in her work and has outstanding customer service skills. I never had an issue with Enterprise Rental.
