  Easily the rudest people I have encountered. I was trying to help my son with a rental as his car was in the shop for body work. He is not able to afford rental coverage on his policy, but Enterprise does offer a lower rate for folks getting their car fixed. The day we arrived we paid a $150 deposit along with payment for two days of rental. The rude employee, I believe his name was Chris, wanted a big lump sum up front. We told him we didn't know how long our car was going to need for repairs. I also explained that since my son needed some financial help on this and he did not have a credit card, but would be using a Venmo Mastercard, that we would come in and pay a week at a time. They kept charging the card and sending messages that it was declined. No kidding! It has nothing on it. Once we knew how long the car would be, we went in two days later and paid for a week and said we would pay a week at a time. The week wasn't even up when they called my son on a Saturday and told him to bring the car back. We were done at that point as we had paid through Sunday and were planning to come in on Monday and pay the next week. We scheduled another car from another location. Dropped the car off in Elyria and were told the $150 deposit would be refunded within 24 hours. Now almost two weeks later, we haven't seen a dime. Tried calling corporate and was told to call Elyria and that what all they could see on their computer was they a refund for 66 some dollars that happened the day we returned the car. That doesn't add up to my $150 deposit. Would NEVER deal with this location again! AVOID!

  Great service and helpful people at counter. They didn't have the car I requested but had an upgraded one available, so they gave that to me for the lower price. I was happy they serviced me so quickly after my accident, that will see us through.

  The customer service of the young lady that helped me at the Elyria Oh site. She was simply amazing, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Im sorry I don't remember her name but she did an A1 job even when I had the rental and had questions she called my insurance company to figure out the next step if I needed to rent longer. Very attentive.
