  So I look up a part online for my vehicle and I'm quite happy it says it's $23 am I right that's not too bad so I go up to AutoZone in Elyria and I tell them hey I got the part number here and everything and they're like sure that's not correct what do you mean it's not correct it's on your site it says AutoZone it says $23 no sir that's not correct it's wrong like why is it wrong online it's your company sir the parts going to be $50 but it says here 23 AutoZone rips people off they make up their own damn prices and mislead people online I think it's ridiculous

  I went to autozone tonight last minute in need of a bulb for my Kia and the 3 guys working were all very helpful and professional. I frequent this location specifically because I feel like everyone who works there has my best interest at heart and wants repeat business. I feel like they know what they are talking about and I can trust the help I'm getting. Forgive me for not remember all of your names but I can say with sincerity that this location in Elyria on 2 nd street is always my autozone of choice regardless if I'm in Lorain or Elyria. I drive the extra distance because I feel like a valued customer and I feel like I'm getting service I can rely on. Great group of employees at this location. The store is always clean, parts are easy to find, and even when there's a line it moves quick. I appreciate that they can multitask and answer phones and get us as customers in and out and back on the road feeling safe again. I highly recommend this location and I hope that they are recognized for their excellent service. Thank you for being a cornerstone in the community and a business I can rely on. I feel like businesses such as this are rare today and when you have employees like this they should be appreciated! Thanks again autozone

  Autozone in Elyria on 2 nd street gets 5 stars tonight. Specifically Gilbert. He approached me as I walked in and offered to help me find what I needed and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. He was very helpful and wanted to make sure I had exactly what I needed. Every time I go there Gilbert and his co workers seem to have it together and I always feel like I'm getting the help I deserve as a customer. Thank you team autozone in Elyria 🫡

  I want to thank Gilbert for his knowledge and professionalism at autozone in Elyria tonight. Gilbert is a stand up guy, very polite and helpful and has a great sense of customer service. Gilbert helped me get the right bulb for my headlamp tonight and even showed me how to put it in. Thank you Gilbert, you are the perfect example of how a business should treat an employee and I truly hope they give you a raise since you weren't allowed to take my tip. I respect honesty and integrity as it is rare to find today. Thank you and I hope you all have an amazing joyous holiday this year in Elyria at autozone! Go see Gilbert guys, he knows how to treat a customer!!!!
