Turns out I couldn't reserve my shower on the app, so I went to the cashier to try to schedule a shower, and they couldn't because the internet wasn't working! They wanted me to pay for the shower with my own money when I had over 7 showers available. This was definitely the worst truck stop I've ever had to visit for my showers! It's unbelievable that they treat you this way when I put in more than 1,000 gallons of diesel a month with Pilot!! But I will definitely look for another option to fill my tanks. They don't deserve my money, which I work so hard to earn and spend with them.
