  This is the dirtiest Pilot Travel Center we’ve ever been too! The pumps wouldn’t accept credit cards or print receipts. Everyone had to wait 15 minutes for the person ahead of them to fill up. Upon entering inside, the line was backed up while the cashiers chatted. One remarked, “ya I have to listen to them while they speak Mexican.” My mouth literally dropped. The other cashier was also rude, took her time to look at clothes before acknowledging my wife. The lunch meat at the Subway made us lose our appetites and we couldn’t wait for this entire experience to end.

  10:00 at night after fueling I go in to get my fuel receipt and something hot to eat. Nobody at the register to give you your fuel receipt and not a damn thing that's hot to eat. So I left without food and my receipt I'll never go back. That was a waste of my time

  This place is by far the worst truck stop for having shower tendents, I for one could give a step for step on what happens in two hours of waiting on a shower getting cleaned, then there is not enough time spent on cleaning. Also we do pay very much for our showers even if it is accumulated as credits. If you look as of 04/2026, the price of diesel is over five dollars a gallon. Quit assuming us truck drivers have it easy, we don't. If you would like to detest me go ahead, I'm sure I could have more that one brother or Sister that could tell you or give you a lesson on the industry. Clean your scum filled shower rooms. We are not animals!!!

  I had the pleasure of stopping at the Pilot Travel Center at 6141 US-127, Eaton, OH 45320, and I want to give a special shout-out to Lee. From the moment I walked in, Lee’s warm smile and genuine kindness made my stop feel less like a quick fuel-up and more like a refreshing break. Lee went out the way to help me with directions, answered all my questions with patience, and even took a moment to chat about my long drive, offering encouragement that truly lifted my spirits. What stood out most was Lee’s heartfelt care for customers—Lee treated me like family rather than just another person passing through. In a busy travel center, Lee's calm, positive energy and sincere helpfulness made all the difference. Lee clearly loves working here and it shows in every interaction. Thank you, Lee, for turning an ordinary stop into a memorable one. You embody the very best of customer service—professional, compassionate, and truly lovely. I’ll definitely be looking forward to stopping here again just to see that friendly face! Highly recommended—ask for Lee if you’re passing through!

  This place is the absolute worst place I have ever been to in my entire life of trucking and I shit you not. It is a complete circuit here. Nobody knows what they’re doing. They can’t keep this place up. You can’t even get in. It’s a complete disaster and it’s filthy. Don’t know if family will continue with pilot They’ve been going downhill lately. This just confirms it.
