This location was very disappointing. The Subway inside was missing many food items, and the shower wait time was extremely long. It seems that only one person is responsible for managing the entire place

Dear Management/HR of Pilot,
I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern about the new management team and staff at Pilot. The recent changes have led to a chaotic and unclean environment, with staff seeming unhappy and unknowledgeable about their roles.
However, what prompted me to write this review is a disturbing incident I witnessed involving a red-headed cashier. While I was waiting in line, I overheard her voicing a text message bragging about successfully getting someone fired to take her spot. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but it's also a clear example of workplace sabotage. I also would like to point out, she was alone when this happened. There were no other cashiers at the counter. Should she try to claim witnesses. There were none. Just her and I.
What's even more disturbing is that she seemed to be taking pride in her actions, and her bragging was laced with a sense of satisfaction and entitlement. It's sickening to hear someone revel in the harm they've caused to a coworker, and it's even more appalling that she had the audacity to smile at me and speak sweetly, as if nothing had happened, and then ask me if I love her, "Roberta", a paper sack puppet. I was left speechless. I left my items at the counter and walked out. No gas, no food. Not even a drink. That's how disgusting that interaction was.
This behavior is a classic example of "workplace gaslighting" and " schadenfreude," where an individual takes pleasure in someone else's misfortune. It's a toxic and unacceptable behavior that has no place in any workplace.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take necessary actions to address the situation. The employee involved may face disciplinary actions, including termination, as sabotaging a coworker's job is a serious offense.
I will not be returning to Pilot.
Sincerely,
A GM from her own store that isn't a pilot.
Some possible punishments for the employee involved could include:
- Termination of employment
- Disciplinary action, such as suspension or demotion
- Mandatory training on workplace ethics and respect
- Loss of privileges or benefits

Very limited parking as the evening approaches. Highly recommend using the pilot app to check the paid parking availability. There's only 10 spots, so if the paid has more than 4 open = most likely no free parking available.

The design of this place is really flawed for Semi to fuel and weight and EXIT its quite the Maze and you will leave here with a full tank and a migraine. I would probably try different Pilot unless you are desperate you will lose valuable time.
