  Went there to buy seat belt covers for a gift and they didn't even have a set of at least two to purchase.

  Jake was very helpful , he found what I was wanting for my car & even went out in the cold to put it on my car when other ppl from other places would not so Thank You Jake . Great store for what U need .

  Was just in autozone in Eaton and I’m not joking when I say a dude tried to pull the race card because they wanted ID to return an item with no receipt. So that’s a common practice with most places. This is why we buy stuff in my name so if my dad needs to return something I can do it for him plus if the receipt is lost I can have my ID for my account. This dude threw a tantrum and cried profiling because he refused to show an Id 🤔. I called him out on it. Dude that’s the policy. So what you’re saying is because they are white and won’t return based on your race they are profiling? No that’s race entitlement you are trying to pull. That’s also profiling and racist against them. Also purchase is from another town. As someone that has worked years of customer service in this town that is a known no receipt return scam (especially for this town from surrounding towns. And no not always with the profiling claim if people try to go there). Sorry people will no longer be bullied into this. I would like to give the staff props for standing their ground and not letting him bully them into the return. Racist man I hope you read this and grow up. For autozone if he calls (and doubt he will because people are not stupid) your employees did their job with amazing customer service and great attitudes. These employees have been there years and are amazing to everyone!!! Amazing people are naive enough to fall for this
