  Wanted to charge $750 for a $200 part that my husband snapped on in 1 minute. BEWARE!!! The boss very rude. My bill for the diagnostic was $125. I went to pay and he said it was $150. I asked how it went up. He snapped it was tax. Not that much in Ohio. So he changed his story to it was a restocking fee. This used to be a good garage, but not any more!!!

  Technicians were very kind. Spent $135.29 for an oil change on a 2013 GMC Sierra with a 5.3. Wasn't given the option of what type of oil I wanted to use. I will do it myself next time.

  So I had made an appointment for 2:00 p.m. on February 25th with the call center. The manager at the store called and stated that they had two guys and that they wouldn't be able to get me until a few minutes after 2:00, which I was fine with. I show up at 2:05 and I end up not leaving until 4:00. Now mind you there was nobody in front of me there was two cars in the shop one was just sitting in there not being worked on and there was another one getting a transmission installed. I arrived for just an oil change and a tire rotation. I sat there for 2 hours just to get this service done. Now at this time another customer had arrived needing two tires done on their vehicle. Their car was pulled in within 15 minutes and they were just about done the two tires by the time my car was being pulled out of the garage. Now I also thought it was weird that they had the test drive my car after getting an oil change and tire rotation. The manager stated that they have to test drive them after the wheels have been taken off. I asked him if they torque the wheels down and he said yes. Now mind you I never seen them torque my wheels down and if you did torque my wheels down you should not have to take it for a drive. Also I asked him to put 40 lb of air pressure in my tires and he says he cannot do that he has to put it at the manufacturer's recommended spec because the car will handle different, now mind you also I have aftermarket wheels on my car which is going to make the car handle different and all he had to do was put in the comments that customer requested he would like 40 lb of air put in his tires. Do you think they even checked the air in my tires? Nope, they sure didn't. I had 30 lb of air in three tires and 28 lb of air in one tire. So I had to check the tire pressure myself. Now also I was quoted $93 for the oil change which previous times it was $76 and they were okay with matching that price but this guy was not okay with matching that price. For the inconvenience he did take $10 off of the price of my oil change. But the fact of the matter is it should have never have taken 2 hours to do an oil change and a tire rotation on a vehicle. I've managed auto repair garages before. So with that being said I feel it's time for me to go back to changing my own oil again instead of paying these franchise companies that hire these inexperienced technicians that cut corners and just don't care about getting jobs done right.

  Had some issues with the tmps that required a couple of appointments, but got it figured out eventually and fixed. Ed the manger was super helpful and accommodating.
