  Very pleased with my experience here! I’ve had previously bad experiences with Valvoline at other locations and was extremely hesitant to come here, but alas I was in a pickle. Adriana was such a pleasure. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Jacob was efficient under the hood and polite when I interacted with him. I’m a dealership service guy through and through, but I will always consider this location for quick on-the-spot services! Thank you for taking care of me and my car! ☺️

  Adriana was extremely helpful and even updated my service history. While there was a wait she gave me a great discount for my time and even helped me change out several items ive been needing to replace!

  I went in on a Tuesday for an oil change and when driving to work on Thursday, the oil light came on. When I checked the dipstick, there was no oil. I had to buy a 5 quart of oil and fill the engine before I went back to Valvoline. My car takes 0W-20 FULL SYNTHETIC ($42 total). They re-did the oil change. The problem was oil filter not being tight. I gave 2 start instead of 1 because this was the first time this happened. It could have damaged my engine so I'm pretty upset about the whole experience. I have 3 vehicles and I'm not sure if I want to take my chance again. Luckily I wasn't driving out of town. One mistake like this is one too many for a shop that specializes in oil change.

  !!!AVOID THIS LOCATION - Left with a Broken Truck and No Oil Cap!!!! Incompetent and Rude Service I do not recommend this Valvoline location under any circumstances. They were unable to remove my oil filter (which is their one job), spilled oil everywhere!!and then the manager slammed my hood closed without putting the oil cap back on. They then told me there was nothing they could do and told me to leave. I came in driving fine and left with a potential engine issue because of their negligence. The staff was rude and the technician tried to lie to me about how engines work. Stay away. Go to the dealer or literally anywhere else.
