  TWC MINI or MAG of Dublin is a great place for your MINI needs. Hayden Marshall is an amazing salesman. He will walk you through everything. Set up anything you need and basically has all the answers. He is wonderful. He did such a great job the first time for my husband. I went and bought one for me!

  My check engine light was on and I had taken my 2010 Mini to another shop. They realized they did not have the tools to check the timing chain. At Mag Mini they checked all of the less expensive fixes and decided it was the timing chain. At every step they let me know what they were doing and sent me a video and an estimate for the next step. After replacing the timing chain my car runs like new! Shane was great at answering our questions and keeping the final invoice at a reasonable figure.

  The 2025 mini s was just as advertised, as far as condition and price. Salesman Noah was helpful and very friendly.

  I would give 10 stars if I could! I have never been to a service department as amazing as this! First, Theo was my service advisor and was warm and welcoming from the moment I first called about an appointment. Justin was the service tech who worked on my car and was so thorough! He sent me two in depth videos showing and explaining things to me! It was then super easy for me to accept or decline the recommended work from the portal. The icing on the cake was when I was having an awful time making it to pick my car up and was going to be late. Theo stayed late and really went above and beyond and this all makes me want to keep my Mini for a long time so I can continue to deal with the exceptional people who work here! Also, my car is running beautifully now! Had a 2 hour drive home in it after the repairs and it was a great drive!
