  Bill, Jason, and Damien at Land Rover Dublin were fantastic to work with on a complex, multi-line repair on my 2013 Range Rover Sport. Bill expertly managed the entire third-party warranty claim process from start to finish, keeping me informed throughout what turned into a lengthy repair order and ensuring every covered item was properly authorized. Damien’s workmanship on some genuinely tough jobs was excellent, and the car came back running great. Very thankful for their help keeping this vehicle on the road!

  It’s honestly disappointing to have to write a one star review about what should have been a great experience buying a high end vehicle. To be clear, my salesperson Simon was excellent. He was responsive, easy to reach, and answered all my questions. This review has nothing to do with him. The issue is with the dealership itself and how this deal was handled. I was sold a ceramic coating package and told that every vehicle that comes through the dealership already receives this treatment. That claim immediately felt questionable, especially given the condition of the car at delivery. The detailing was extremely poor there were still bugs on the front of the car and the wheels were visibly dirty. This is not what you expect when purchasing a premium vehicle. Despite my concerns, I was reassured the ceramic had already been applied and was then charged for the package as an upsell. When I got the car home, I tested it and it is very clear no ceramic coating was applied to either the paint or the glass. I own another vehicle with a proper ceramic coating, and the difference is obvious. This one has none of the expected properties. At best, this is a major oversight. At worst, it feels misleading. Now I’m left in a position where I have to pay out of pocket to have the coating done properly on a car I was told already had it. I’m hoping the dealership steps up and makes this right, but for anyone considering doing business here,verify everything you’re being told, especially anything coming from the finance side.

  We had a great experience working with Land Rover Dublin. Jacob Selvey was our salesman and he did an excellent job walking us through the buying experience. He was genuine and honest and we never felt pressured to make a purchase and Jacob worked with us on an agreeable purchase price. Also, Luka in the Service Department did an excellent job in getting us items for the car that were missing and working with us on a tire issue. His sense for customer service is natural and you can tell his goal to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. Thanks to both Jacob and Luka for making us feel we are valued customers. We will tell everyone we know about the great customer service and experience we had with Land Rover Dublin.

  They made buying my new Range Rover Evoque a very favorable experience. It was very seamless and I felt that I got a very good deal on my new vehicle and on my trade-in. I know some people say that you should sell your car and not trade it. But I did my research, and they came very close to my numbers. They also had good finance numbers. My only issue is, I feel that they should have a Tech person. To sit with you in your new vehicle and make sure you are comfortable with your new purchase. ( other car companies do). Land Rover/ Range Rover does have an excellent App and online service/system. It is very easy to use and easy to install and manage.

  Service department is running like a well oiled machine with new technology that really works. Scheduled service and got an appointment within the week. They planned on 2 days of work but had it completed within 4 hours from drop off. The mechanic uses video sent by text to show you exactly what they did and also suggestions on what needs completed or approved. After that text I received another with a list of service additions/costs that I could approve or deny. As soon as I had approved some of the items, I received a phone call from the Service Department reviewing my choices and actually suggested I hold off on one of them until I replace tires later in the year. An hour later my Defender was finished. Very impressed with the changes we have seen at MAG’s Service department over the last 5 months. The communication, efficiency, expertise and new technology are all outstanding!
