Despite having an appointment, the wait time was about two hours. When I asked the Service Advisor whether the vehicle was lifted to perform the oil change, I was told it was not, due to the vehicle’s air suspension, and that the oil was extracted from the top instead. However, after reviewing the invoice I received by email, I noticed charges for a bolt and drain plug, which raised questions since those parts would not typically be used if the oil was extracted from the top. I called the service department for clarification and was placed on hold while they checked with the technician, but the call was disconnected and I never received a follow-up. This situation also raises a broader concern about whether other customers may be charged for parts that were not actually replaced. Given the lack of communication and the inconsistency between the explanation and the invoice, I am hesitant to return for future service.
