  After a long day of work, I decided to take advantage of the warm weather and get my oil changed. Instead, I discovered that Jiffy Lube had previously stripped my oil pan bolt, making it impossible to remove. I even went through the trouble of jacking up my car and crawling underneath, only to realize my day was quickly heading downhill. Frustrated and ready to give up, I finally decided to head over to Valvoline. I am so glad I did. From the moment I pulled in, the experience was nothing short of incredible. The manager took one look at me, immediately picked up on my frustration, and somehow seemed to understand exactly what kind of day I was having. Not only did they change my oil, but they also replaced the stripped bolt at no cost. That level of honesty and care is unbelievably rare. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with while they worked. The efficiency was mind-blowing! No more than seven minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I drove away. I left with fresh oil, a fixed problem, and a smile on my face. Hands down, this was the best customer experience I have ever had at an oil change location. They turned what felt like a ruined day into a great one. I can’t recommend this location enough.

  We had a great experience at Valvoline on Riggins Road. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly without pressuring me into unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The oil change was done quickly, and they even walked me through the checks they performed. It’s hard to find places that combine speed, transparency, and good customer service, but this location definitely does. Thank you Jaden, Jacob, and Robert.

  I was happy to see that a Valvoline opened nearby my house. I visited the branch several weeks ago to check and service the car’s brakes and oil. There was only one employee there and she was pleasant but said that Valvoline does not check or service brakes. So, I asked her if it’s this specific branch that does not check or service brakes and she said, no, Valvoline in general does not check or service brakes. She said it so matter-of-factly that I was mentally taken aback. I had my brakes serviced at another Valvoline about a 10 minute drive away, and it literally states on the Valvoline website that it checks and services brakes. So, I never went back to this branch. Valvoline is known for offering full basic car servicing, so it’s honestly mind blowing that any of its employees would be oblivious to this.
