Was switching out performance tires Mercedes GLC300 for all season tires and keeping originals for next summer. Did a nice job of wrapping the originals and putting in SUV for me. Jessica also gave good insight to online dealers I was working with to ensure the shop received for installation prior to traveling to snowy locales which I was doing in 2 days. Thanks.

- JBJustin BAug 9, 20253.0I initially got a new radiator put in. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my left turn signal wasn't working, which it was before service. I call, they say no problem, the tech will be back in, in a couple days. Show up that day, they say they have a bulb just in case but they just think a wire isn't connected. They come back and say it is actually a problem with the lense and that would run around $300. On a hunch I looked how to change the bulb myself. I go to look, and what do you know the light was unplugged. I called and spoke to the manager and he said he didn't know, he was just relaying info from the tech, but he would get with him and see how he came to that decision because that isn't right. Manager apologized multiple times for the inconvenience. While this may have been a mistake, it leaves concern that Tire Choice is taking advantage of the customers lack of knowledge. I just happen to be poor and found this out because I was trying to save a buck. I hope there aren't others who blindly pay for things that aren't necessary at the suggestion of the experts.
