  Didnt have my reservation and charging $220 for a one day rental returned to same location. 4x the cost of uhaul. Price gouging.

  I have used Penske Truck Rental twice in the last few months and both times I have had wonderful service. This time around I had some questions and a charge that was on my account that should have been but Gloria at the corporate call center (Central Res) helped me with everything that I needed in order to get that charge off and maintain great customer service. She even remembered me from when I called about a week a half ago. I think that customer relationship and remembering customer situations go along way. Way to go Gloria and I hope all your hard work is recognized over at Penske! Thanks again!!

  The rental business is actually within Home Depot so the staff is overall very friendly because they are part of HD. The trucks were cleaned and gassed up ready for use. They also made sure that all the damage from previous folks was marked accordingly.
