  I went to Firestone first to get a quote to replace both front brakes. I knew they would be expensive, so I went to Mr. Tire to compare prices. At first Mr. Tire gave me much higher price than what Firestone quoted me, but the guy was able to match and gave me lower cost. So thank you for good customer service.

  Called with issue with vehicle after dealership service. Transmission replaced under warranty - car with good alignment prior to service - multiple issues after. Called Mr Tire in Dublin,OH. Very receptive on phone - arranged evaluation on following day. Serviced front and rear now car back to baseline. Will definitely call upon them for future needs. The KIA of Dublin, never again.

  The two gentlemen I encountered deserve absolute zero stars and should be reprimanded. I scheduled an appointment to get a wheel alignment and the Caucasian guy in the front grabs the African American guy and proceeds to have a “personal” conversation but loud enough to where I could hear it saying things such as I’ll also need to buy new tires before they can do the wheel alignment which was complete bs because I’ve gotten wheel alignments in the past and new tire requirements were never the case. After I refused to take the bait and be uncharged I was refused service and coerced into still signing an electronic pad so the guy who “inspected” my vehicle could still get paid. That was completely unacceptable and they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for operating that way.

  Do not come here if you value your life or vehicle. Went in for a simple wheel change for my winter tires. I was charged $155 for a service that is typically less that $50 anywhere else and they used the wrong lugnuts, causing my wheel to fly off while driving. This shop is a danger to public safety. Update: Not sure why Mr Tire responded by asking me to call them. We already discussed this, so you can call me directly since you’ve got my number.

  This company is horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! I was double confirmed by the call center and store themselves for a 9am appointment Sunday morning to get a tire replacement. I drove a hour in total to get to and from my appointment on a donut tire. Once i arrived at my appointment at 9am no one was there. The worker showed up at 9:10 and then proceeded to tell me they no longer where going to be able to get my tire fixed today and that i would need to reschedule.. this business is a joke
