They did have to keep the car over night, as they were quite backed up. I was told I could wait for the service to be completed and was given a 45 minute - 1 hour estimated time over the phone. I now realize, when calling the local shop number online to make an appointment, you are calling into a national service desk and someone not physically at the shop is setting the appointment. This was not the frustrating part. The frustrating part was leaving the tire shop and seeing my tire sensor light on, after being told that the inspection and alignment were completed, but no paperwork was given to show alignment or inspection. (I was asked if I wanted a receipt, and declined. I assumed it would be emailed, as I had been receiving email/text confirmations.) Then noticing that they did not inflate the tires correctly. The sticker inside the driver side panel indicating PSI levels states 35psi on the front and 39 on the back. Front driver side tire and rear passenger tire were both 32 psi. Front passenger and rear driver were both 36 psi. Just wasn't happy leaving a tire shop and having to fix the psi levels on my tires after paying for a service and reassuring me an inspection had been completed.
