When I arrived nobody knew about the appointment but took my car anyway. Four hours later, I had to go back to see why they had not call back, and they tell me the service was done (what service?) and after telling them that I did not got any call nor I approved anything, they told me I could take the car. Not even sure what they did to it, so still have to find another place to check what services I need. Hope people just stops going to places that are not professional and these does not exist any more!
