I didn’t want to leave this review, but I feel I have no choice.
Within two days of leasing my vehicle, I realized it was missing an important feature- despite being priced the same as another vehicle on the lot that did include it. When I contacted my salesperson, Hayden, he initially didn’t believe the feature was missing and asked me to click certain buttons to locate it. I ultimately had to send photos to prove that the feature was not included. The sales manager, Anvar, then assured me this would not be an issue and that the vehicle could be swapped since the correct one was still available, and they wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He even put a hold on the other vehicle to ensure no one else would take it. It was such a relief.
From that point on, communication completely fell apart. I never received a phone call from anyone and my text to Hayden went unanswered. Despite 3 separate reassurances from Anvar that this would be handled (when I initiated follow up both over the phone and in person), neither he nor my salesperson followed up. Each time I reached out, I was promised a resolution, only to be ignored.
After that, I had to bring in my car in for service, so I stopped by sales to check in and that’s when the story changed. I was told the swap would increase my payment by $100 or so, even though the other vehicle on hold was the same price as my current one. Anvar said he would contact corporate to explore options because he wanted to help - but he forgot he already claimed to be doing this. He even said to me that he felt they didn’t do their job right the first time with selling me a car that didn’t meet my needs. But of course, I never heard back.
To make matters worse, I am still waiting on a check for the remaining value of my trade-in, which was supposed to be processed 2+ weeks ago. I followed up multiple times with no resolution thus far.
Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. Once the deal was done, customer service disappeared. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience and will not be returning once my lease is up.
