Even went so far as calling me “buddy” when we returned to pick up the vehicle after 3 hours! After being with him for 15 minutes, I was not his buddy! I would say the dealership seems above most except one!

Jaguar committed for free maintenance for 5 years/ 60 K miles and just now they backed out from the contract. On top of it, they are not willing to follow the extended maintenance contract terms or rectify the mistakes / errors / miscommunication their service team has been doing for years. Looks like the change in management and relationships with Jaguar has negatively impacted Mag’s performance and commitment with their customers. The service team at the reception, their manager and the sales manager do not know what they are doing. They should be trained well. Hope the techs would be good. They don’t treat their customers well, totally confused about their systems, processes and their contractual obligations. If possible stay away from MAG and Jaguar for now. It’s not worth for your money or time.
