They have provided me first class service multiple times. Most recently, someone backed into my car in a parking lot while I was inside a restaurant having dinner. It happened on a Friday night (Memorial Day Weekend) after Gerber was closed. They contacted me first thing the next morning to schedule my estimate. Since I was out of town, they scheduled my estimate first thing Tuesday morning (day after Memorial Day). They made the process effortless…as usual. I walked in for my estimate/quote; and within minutes, Gerry was assessing the damages to my vehicle. NO waiting around for a quote. They had my rental car delivered there the morning I dropped my suv off for repairs…so I could be on the road right away. They completed my repairs earlier than anticipated. My bumper looks BRAND new!! They guarantee their work for the life of my vehicle…so it’ll continue looking sharp. Gerry and his team were PHENOMENAL!!!! They go above and beyond.
