They told me I couldn’t get a car because my address wasn’t updated on my license — even after I explained I just moved this month and could provide multiple forms of proof. For some reason, they acted stricter than the BMV and still denied the rental. I left and went to the Shrock Rd location, and they had no problem getting me a vehicle right away.

All we wanted to do is speak with the nice gentleman that rented it. She immediately said I don’t like your attitude and hung up. When we arrived just to get rid of the mistake car this Alyssa greeted with a scary look, nasty disrespectful attitude and was like the new social nasty group we see on the news. We will no longer use enterprise until we know this has improved at Dublin.
