    Honestly wasn't a great experience. First rented car had to be towed back to them almost immediately, it broke down and was having mechanical issues which is crazy for a brand new vehicle. Was promised full refund of my deposit upon returning rental in the same condition I received it (no new damages/etc) with matched gas. Did that and they still made an excuse to keep the deposit. I'll never rent a vehicle from enterprise again and wouldn't have had my car not been in the shop.

    Hired a car from here and requested to drop off at Sandusky Ohio. Twice we told the fellow and he filled the contract to return to Dublin. Rang as soon as we noticed the error and the young lady said she fixed the contract and sent us a revised contract. Details still incorrect. Rang this morning and was told it's be exculpate to the Manager and he'd call us straight back. Still waiting. Not happy with the service at all. We WILL be returning the car to Sandusky Ohio regardless. Very annoyed and disappointed with the lack of concern

    It was a smooth experience picking up my rental and the car was nice besides a faint bad smell. But good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone if you happen to leave something in the car when you drop it off.
