  I recently traveled from New York to purchase a 2021 Ram 1500 Certified Pre-Owned from Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Dublin, Ohio, and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I never once felt like I was getting the typical, dreadful car dealer experience that so many people expect. Instead, Everett made the purchase feel easy and transparent. What really stood out to me was the level of care and follow-through.   I don’t write reviews often, but felt like this place needed one! We started working with Hunter through Facebook and he was incredible through the whole experience. He had the vehicle we were interested in pulled up, heat on, ready for a test drive. He even tolerated our children and everyone was very understanding of our kids running around while we did paperwork. Hunter and James made our experience incredibly easy and worked with us on our trade in. Our palisade was fairly priced, serviced, cleaned (twice), and in excellent condition. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Hunter for all your help!

  not very friendly straight to the point get to the work.. it's clean.. I live in the Worthington Dublin area so I come to this one for my services.. I prefer the one on Morse road area they accommodate you a lot better.. the waiting area is awesome they have a variety of snacks to pick from microwave they have noodles candy I mean like it's a little mini corner store.. if you're in the area for services try that one.. is the Morse road location..

  Worked with Jason, who claimed to be a manager. Over the phone for multiple days. Finally, I get the numbers close, so I decide to head in. He sends me to Carmax to get my trade-in appraised, which already annoyed me. Talking to other dealers who didn't have me do that. I get the trade appraised and am heading to the dealership with my offer, and Jason texts me to let me know the Truck i’m coming in to look at is a manager demo its not even at the dealership, and it has 1500 miles on it. I left work early, drove an hour, and wasted my evening. They also have this truck listed online at full price, and it shows no miles. His plan all along was to just get me in and settle for a truck I don’t want.
