The booking in was wonderfully, informative, smooth & very polite & friendly, by a gentleman named Evan.
The car was ready in a timely manner.
The car is running smoothly, but I do need to make time for a consultation with a BMW electric specialist, about the running & certain operations of an i4.
All together I 💖 my electric 🚗 & will only drive an electric car in Columbus ✨️

Kathy answered my call, and I must say she was fantastic—friendly and attentive to my concerns. She helped me set up an appointment and dropped my car off the night before. That morning, I received a pleasant call from Evan with details and what to expect moving forward. Overall, Kathy and Evan are the reasons I will return. Two 5-star employees who go above and beyond.

The service department was responsive to my need to have the car serviced at 1,000 miles, they notified me via text as the appointment time approached, they said the service would take 90 minutes which it did, and they sent me a video of the tech that serviced the car describing what he saw and did to service the vehicle. Besides this they were polite and kind

I went in for an emergency service on Saturday. My tire blew out the night before at 9 pm, while traveling. I calling 8 times to schedule an appointment and left 3 messages for a call back. Not hearing back I deciding to show because I needed to know if my services could be completed, so I could make it home to Cleveland. I arrived at the dealership at 11:45 am. They explained they could do the service, but didn’t have my tire, however I called another BMW dealer and they had my tire. The other BMW dealer wasn’t doing service on Saturday, but willing to trade the tire. I waited till 12:30 when MAGS representative Evan told me the tire is worked out, but they won’t sent anyone to go get the tire. He then said if I wanted the tire then I would have to go get it. I then asked for a loaner because the snow is now 2-4 feet high and I have a donut which shouldn’t be driven in the snow. They refused and said “they don’t provide loaners out for these situations”. Evan also told me his recommendation was that I go get the tire and find a different shop over there to put it on, however I explained my lease has wheel and tire protection, which means the tire and installation is free, so I don’t want to pay someone else to put it on. I decided to go get the tire in my compromised vehicle. Before I left I asked if I needed anything else to start the process for when I returned back? Evan said no.
I traveled to Kelly BMW and when I arrive the representative said the tire was never worked out by MAGS Evan and that I’d have to wait. After waiting 30 min the tire was worked out. Drove back to Mags and arrived at 2:30. Profile was created and wheel/tire was confirmed. Waited patiently till Evan came back to me at 3:15 to tell me Allstate was closed at 1, so I’d have to pay for my tire/service then try and get reimbursed. I am upset at this point because this aspect could have been don’t ahead of time before they closed as Mags knew I was coming back and profile could have been made earlier. I agreed 5 min later to pay and just some verbiage be added to receipt to help me get reimbursed, which they agreed reluctantly.
I got a call from Evan at 4:00 that my service was completed, however he spoke to me unprofessionally. Knowing I was upset he started calling me sir to make amends even though he never called me sir throughout the process. I check my car and I explain a service wasn’t complete, which was filling the tires to recommended PSI. Even argues with me that it’s just cold and they did the service. Evan then checks the car and then thinks tech didn’t start the initiation and I say “This is ridiculous”. Evan then turns around and screams at me, saying I didn’t have an appointment and I should be grateful. That he has helped me so much. Then storms off. I walked back inside and say I know I didn’t have an appointment, but I tried and never once complained so fact you talked to me like that is unprofessional as well as charging me for a service that wasn’t done. A tech later confirmed the service wasn’t complete and filled my tires. Evan never apologized for service not being complete or offered any compensation. He wrote the wrong manager email as well that he handed to me, which I found out this morning. That is beyond disrespectful. I had to ask for the manager email because he left for the day and didn’t want to leave a voicemail. This is the most unprofessional experience I have had. As a multiple luxury car owner this is not the standard service wise and ethical wise.
