It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure they’re taken care of. Service visits can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Ahmad made it easy and straightforward. I really appreciated his communication and attention to detail. If you’re bringing your BMW in for service, I highly recommend asking for Ahmad you’ll be in great hands.

I valued his opinions, listened to him and I am a happy customer now. I had been to the dealership a few years ago and didn’t have a good experience but changes have been made to be more people centered. Very good experience.
