  I recently had my two cars serviced by MAG Audi and was very happy with the experience. Kelly was my service advisor for both and was great to work with. The overall service and experience was great and for a dealership, the cost was reasonable. I would definitely come here again.

  I am not from Columbus but had a brake problem that developed while driving on my way to Columbus from Maryland because of a family emergency. II was able to make it to Columbus but my car (Q7) could not be driven again until repaired. Fortunately my car was coincidentally parked about a mile from the Audi Dublin location. I went into Audi Dublin the next day without an appointment and explained the situation and Shawn P. was able to work me in right away because of the circumstances. I did not expect that knowing service appointments are generally all booked. Shawn was very empathetic which really helped all around. I then had the car towed to the service center and Shawn took it from there which was a great relief. He kept me informed of the status of the repair which took several days because of special parts needing to be ordered. Again, Shawn was great and provided the kind of great service that has kept us as Audi customers over the years (this Q7 is our 8th). Thanks again to Audi Dublin. The service I received is greatly appreciated!

  I’ve been a loyal customer of Audi Dublin for years, but unfortunately, this year’s experience has left me deeply disappointed. Before my routine maintenance visit, my car was in excellent condition—running smoothly with no issues. However, shortly after the service, I began hearing a humming noise that hadn’t existed before. Concerned, I returned to the service center, where I was told that a wheel bearing was going bad. They quoted me $1,600 to replace just one wheel bearing and warned that if the noise persisted, I might need to replace the other one as well. What’s troubling is that this issue only surfaced after the initial service. I’m still at a loss as to how a car with no prior noise suddenly developed a problem immediately following maintenance. I spent $700 on the annual service and an additional $250 for the noise diagnosis—only to be quoted an exorbitant repair cost. Ultimately, I took my car to another service station, where they resolved the issue for significantly less. Based on this experience, I’ve decided not to return to MAG Audi Service Center. I expect better transparency, value, and care from a brand I’ve trusted for years.
