  Austin Hager was great! Professional guy! He was very transparent about the vehicle I bought. Excellent service! He even shared his pizza with my wife and me and buffed the haze off my wife's headlight lenses! Now THAT'S going above and beyond!! I really appreciate the extras! Highly recommend! Thanks Austin!!

  First, about me..I've always wanted a vintage car with the reliability of a new car. So when I saw the Grenadier for the first time on the highway, I immediately had to know what it was so I started researching it. How amazing to find Crown Ineos Grenadier dealership in Dublin, Ohio...less than an hour from my home! Second, about me again...I do not take spending this kind of money lightly, so it took me about 3 months and multiple test drives to pull the trigger on this beauty. Enough about me! However, I can't say enough about Steven Pelfresne and every person I met at Crown. Steven was very patient with me, all of my questions and indecisiveness. He made sure the models I requested to test drive were available and ready for me to jump into with every visit. He answered all of my questions and provided great advice about options to protect my investment. Steven and Megan were very fair during negotiations and the changes I requested (painted roof, different wheels, running boards) were all complete and ready for pick up in less than a week! Without hesitation, I rate Steven and the Crown Ineos Grenadier dealership five stars! Thank you for helping to make my beautiful, new, "vintage" car a reality!

  They’re a great team. I worked with Tylor from the service department for routine maintenance and software updates. Since I live far away, I checked the estimated time required for the work in advance. Even though my schedule was finalized at the last minute, they were very flexible. While I was waiting, I looked at the cars in the showroom, and the sales staff provided clear, professional explanations. It was just before the showroom opened, and everyone working there seemed really happy. I highly recommend stopping by to get a feel for these solid, reliable cars.

  I recently purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan S from Ineos. I worked with Steven Pelfresne. He was easy to work with and provided a lot of info including a nice video walkthrough without being pushy. I hope the Macan lasts me a long time, but I would be happy to purchase another vehicle there in the future.
