  Arrived after a 7 hour drive from Ontario and got a flat tire when pulling up to my final destination - got to BMW Dublin and they were fantastic from the get go - I was up and functioning within a couple of hours with a brand new tire, fully aligned - the experience was great after such a long day.

  Was the best very nice I was stressed out and called they told me to bring it in with no problem Kelly BMW give u the run around but not them… They got me in and out with no problem Thank yall so so much I’ll drive extra miles just to come to yall

  Highly recommend Octavia he is Awesome! This is our 2nd BMW purchased from him at BMW Dublin. From my first call to him to walking me outside to our new BMW 330. I will buy our next BMW here with Octavia he is outstanding to work with and just a great person! I give him 10 STARS!!! I will never go anywhere else because of Octavia. Thank you!

My Sales Representative Christopher Zane did an amazing job by contacting me right away when seeing my interest in a 2025 BMW X5 competition on (cars.com). In fact, all of my Concerns were put to ease by Christopher’s attention to detail and attentiveness… After my purchase over the Internet I rented a car to pick up my new purchase and Christopher Zane offered to pick me up from my rental car drop off location. Chris definitely cares about his job and goes beyond what is asked of him. In my opinion, He’s representing Bmw Of Dublin, Ohio very well! This is my second experience as an Internet buyer and by far my best experience! To finalize the sale of the vehicle, I recommend Bina for financing. She It is very informative and will answer all of your questions. She doesn’t rush you! She is patient and will allow you to take as much time as you need to make your decision. She will also let you know the best course of action when purchasing and maintaining your new or CPO BMW.
