    I recently brought my A4 in for scheduled maintenance. which included a 'Multi-Point Inspection.' While the initial process seemed fine, the actual thoroughness of the work was very disappointing. The inspection checklist I was given had green checkmarks for 'adjusting all fluid levels' and 'inspecting cabin filters.' This was clearly not done. My washer fluid was empty, and the cabin filter was extremely dirty, yet both were marked as 'Green/Inspected.' Most frustratingly, my washer system stopped working after the visit. When I reached out, I was told it was 'impossible' that the service caused it and was quoted a diagnostic fee of $270 to look at it. I ended up fixing the 'impossible' issue myself; it was just a loose connection and an empty tank. I’ve reached out a couple of times regarding these oversights, but I have not received a response. It is very disappointing to be ignored after a major service, and it makes me wonder how many other items marked 'Green' on the list were actually never checked.

    I want to share some feedback about my recent visit. The waiting area really doesn’t match the level of service I expect from an Audi dealership. It was uncomfortable, cold, had no snacks, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t usable. What stood out to me is that other brands are doing this much better. For example, at Acura dealerships, the waiting area typically includes comfortable recliners, snacks, and a TV, which makes it much easier to wait during service. Given the premium pricing associated with Audi, I would expect at least a comparable experience. Right now, it feels out of line with both the brand and the cost of service. I’d appreciate it if you could look into improving the waiting area or offering alternatives like a loaner or shuttle more proactively. The staff and the mechanics are excellent. No problems there.

When I arrived with a stressful situation—my rearview mirror had come unhinged—Michael was attentive and took immediate action to resolve the issue, all without an appointment.     I noticed a significant improvement in my experience today compared to prior visits over the past several years. In the past, MAG did not consistently provide a high level of customer care. It is evident that The Wyler Collection has made positive changes, including improvements in staffing. My experience today was welcoming, professional, and much more customer-focused. Please continue the positive energy and service I experienced today. I believe it will lead to continued success.

    I had previously only visited this dealership’s service department after moving to the area and always had positive experiences. When I leased my new vehicle, my salesperson was also excellent. I would gladly work with him again. Unfortunately, because of transition occurring with the dealership, it took nearly two months to finalize my financing, trade‑in payoff, and registration. The delays created significant stress as I tried to navigate and understand the issues. I recognize that this transition was likely also challenging for the dealership, and through consistent communication, the representative worked hard to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. However, the commitments made to “restore confidence” — both verbally and in writing — were not upheld. Some of these commitments were later reframed by the dealership’s management despite the clarity of the original assurances. I also never received copies of the final paperwork I signed, despite requesting them. Additionally, I received my registration paperwork from the dealership but no expiration sticker, requiring extra time and money at the BMV to correct after my permanent plate was mailed. While several individuals here are great to work with, the overall experience revealed serious issues with follow‑through and reliability at the management level. The dealership transition and delays were stressful, but they weren’t the dealbreaker; the real concern was the failure to honor commitments. The lesser offer of gas that was presented to “make things right” was appreciated, but did not meaningfully address the larger issues or restore trust. I would like to say I’d return to this dealership in the future, but based on this experience, I cannot confidently do so at this time or rely on the dealerships’s management to uphold commitments.
